These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

THAT Poster Shop is operated by Alexander Ainsworth t/a That Poster Shop, as a sole trader, based in Rye, East Sussex, United Kingdom.

All artwork sold through this website is original work created by THAT Poster Shop, comprising:

• Original photography printed as physical wall art

• Illustrated artwork (hand-drawn or illustrated from original photographs)

Products are sold as unframed prints and, where stated, framed options. Colours may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings and printing processes.

• All prices are listed in GBP.

• Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched; if a pricing error is found after payment, we will contact you before proceeding.

Most products are printed to order following purchase. Please allow 9 working days for production before dispatch. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed.

Personalised items (including but not limited to custom bus blind destination posters) are made to your specification. Once production has begun, personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except where faulty or damaged in transit — Returns, Cancellations & Refunds.

• We ship worldwide.

• Shipping costs and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and vary by destination.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the buyer on delivery; THAT Poster Shop is not responsible for these charges.

• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Standard (non-personalised) items: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To request a return, contact [email] within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Personalised items: As set out in Section 4, personalised/bespoke items are excluded from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production has commenced, in line with UK consumer law.

Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact hello@thatpostershop.com within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you.

All images, designs, and artwork on this website are the original work of Alex Ainsworth and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical item only — it does not grant any licence to reproduce, copy, or distribute the image in any form, digital or physical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THAT Poster Shop's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
