Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Some products may have restricted destinations depending on size, fragility, or fulfilment method — any such restrictions will be shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Most items are made to order. Please allow 3 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Personalised items (such as custom bus blind destination posters) may require longer — estimated production time is shown on the relevant product page.
Fulfilment Partners
Orders are fulfilled either directly by us from Rye, East Sussex, UK, or via our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, which prints and ships from a network of facilities depending on your delivery location. This means delivery times and tracking details may vary depending on which method is used for your specific order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch, not from order date, and exclude production time (see Section 2). Delays caused by customs, courier networks, or events outside our control are not guaranteed against.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country on arrival. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has dispatched, with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@thatpostershop.com and we'll investigate with the relevant carrier or fulfilment partner. Please note that international deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing beyond our control.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy / T&Cs — contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
