This is THAT POSTER SHOP
I'm Alex — 53, self-taught, and never quite able to stick to one lane. I spent the last ten years selling mid-century furniture, with poster-making running alongside it as a hobby I couldn't leave alone. In 2021 I started teaching myself graphic design — drawing retro-inspired pieces in Illustrator. More recently, photography took over, and now I sell both: straight photography prints, and photographs turned into illustrated poster art.
This September I'm starting a degree in photography. Every piece in this shop is mine, start to finish — hand-drawn, illustrated from a photograph, or printed straight from one. No stock, no shortcuts.
The furniture is winding down. This is what's next.
